Category Management - KiotViet

Purpose

Connect category data with external platforms (such as KiotViet, Misa) for automated synchronization.

Create integration

1. Open the Integration tab.
2. Click Create integration.
3. Configure:
   • Integration name (*)
   • Description
   • Provider (*)
   • API (*)
4. Click Create.

Post-creation setup

Request tab

• Enter Client ID, Client Secret, and Retailer (if required).
• Configure parameters: lastModifiedFrom, pageSize, orderBy, orderDirection, hierarchicalData.

Data Mapping tab

• Map Catalog field (Target) to API field (Source).

Advanced tab

• Configure sync schedule.
• Enable/disable auto pagination.
• Select merge strategy (Update or insert, Insert only, Update only).

History tab

• Monitor sync status and detailed errors.

Run sync

Click Sync in the top-right corner to run synchronization immediately.
