Create Category - Import Excel (Reference)

Purpose

Use this method when you already have a standardized Excel file.

Steps

  1. In a knowledge base, click Add category.
  2. Enter basic information (Category name, Description).
  3. Choose Import from Excel.
  4. Upload the file. The system parses headers and suggests field types.
  5. Review and adjust field types if needed, then click Complete.

Finish

Click Create to finish category creation.

Notes

  • Each category can contain only one Identifier field.
  • Clean and consistent headers reduce manual corrections after import.
