3.2. Create Workflow

Description

The Create Workflow feature allows users to initialize a new workflow to manage and automate processing steps based on business needs.

Steps

  1. In the Workflow Management screen, click Create Workflow.
  2. Enter Workflow Name (*).
  3. Enter Description to clarify workflow purpose.
  4. Select a Group to categorize the workflow.
  5. Click Create to finish.

After creation, the workflow detail interface includes these main areas:

  • Mode bar (2 tabs):
    • Design: Build the flow diagram, add nodes, and configure logic.
    • Execution: Monitor and operate the workflow during runtime.
  • Center canvas: The workflow diagram area. Users can start by:
    • Adding a trigger point to define workflow start events.
    • Or using AI-assisted building to quickly generate a template flow.
  • Stage Library: A list of step groups and processing nodes to add into the workflow.
  • Toolbar: Supports quick actions.
