Define the exact data scope that a Digital Agent can access.

Steps

1. Open agent detail and go to Knowledge Base.
2. Expand the target library.
3. Toggle categories on/off for access control.

Notes

• Enable only categories required by the agent role.
• Narrow scope usually improves response precision.
