System Introduction

1. Purpose

BrainZ is a knowledge management and business workflow automation platform powered by Artificial Intelligence. It is designed and deployed to digitize fragmented domain data sources (documents, procedures, drawings) into a centralized and unified knowledge repository.

At the same time, the platform provides "Digital Employees" (AI Agents) that can continuously learn, analyze, and assist people with information lookup and synthesis tasks accurately and quickly.

This document is prepared to provide detailed guidance for using BrainZ features, helping users understand operational flows from basic to advanced levels and maximize the value that AI technology brings to daily work.
