Create Knowledge Base

Steps

  1. Open Knowledge from the left menu or click Create Knowledge Base on Home.
  2. Click Create new.
  3. Fill in:
    • Display name (*)
    • Description (optional)
  4. Click Create.

Notes

  • Only users with the Owner role can create a knowledge base.
  • Use business-domain naming (for example: Sales, Warehouse, HR) for easier permission control.
